We collect as little as we need to run Furoki Bingo for you, and handle it in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, which we use to send sign-in codes, receipts and unlock codes.
• Your game: the names, date, colours, prizes and photos you add.
• Payments: Stripe processes payments. We receive the payment status, amount and your email, never your card number.

How we use it

To run your game, show it on your public game link, unlock what you paid for, and reply to you if you contact us. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Game data and photos are stored with Cloudflare. Emails are sent through Resend, and payments are handled by Stripe. These providers may process data outside Singapore under their own safeguards.

Your game screen

The game screen saves called numbers in your browser so a refresh doesn’t lose the game. That stays on your device.

Site analytics

Our public pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. The game and account pages do not use it.

The same public pages also run Furoki's own cookieless analytics on Cloudflare: pages viewed, scroll depth, page speed, script errors, which buttons are clicked and the campaign or site that referred you. When you sign in, create a game or pay, we record that step against a scrambled account code (never your email or your guests' details) so we can see which steps work. It sets no cookies, keeps nothing past your browser tab, never stores your IP address and is never shared or used for advertising. It stops if your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, or if you open a page with ?furoki_optout=1. This data is deleted after 400 days, or sooner if you ask us to delete your data.

Deleting your data

You can delete a free trial game yourself from your dashboard. For paid games or to delete your account, email hello@furoki.com or message us on Telegram @furokisg, and we will remove it within 30 days.
