These terms cover your use of Furoki Bingo at bingo.furoki.com (“the service”), run by Furoki in Singapore. By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we email you. Each game belongs to the account that created it, and a purchase unlocks that one game for that one account. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Free trial and payment

You can design your game and try a limited number of draws and sample cards for free. Unlocking a game is a one-time payment in Singapore dollars, processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Refunds

If the service isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we will refund you in full. A refunded game goes back to the free trial.

Referrals

Every account has a referral link. If someone creates a new account through your link, you earn 10% of what they pay us in their first 12 months, after any discounts. Earnings become payable 14 days after each payment, and a refunded payment earns nothing. We pay out by PayNow at the start of each month once you have S$20 or more ready, to the PayNow number or UEN you give us in the app. You can't refer yourself or your own other accounts, and we may withhold earnings from referrals that look like abuse. We may change or end the programme for future sign-ups at any time.

Your content

You keep ownership of the names, photos and text you add. You give us permission to store and display them so your game works, including on your public game link. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful or offensive. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

Public links

Anyone with your game link can view the game screen and your printable cards. Don’t put information on it that you want to keep private.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service running, especially on weekends when most weddings happen, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted. Open your game before your program starts; once loaded it keeps running on your device. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your game.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects a game you have paid for, we will tell you by email.
